How to register from outside usa ?

Hello , I have registered and made a purchase when i registered i wrote my p.o box in the street address line 1 Text box because in my country there is no service to get the goods to your door like in usa . so my question is ? can i use my p.o box ?? and i hope the answer is yes if know then is there any alternative way to use Ebay from Jordan ( middle east ) .
